What are the standard features of the homes at Cowboy Flats?

The professionally designed home interiors at Cowboy Flats include granite kitchen counters, hard surface flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, Koch cabinets, main level living, large windows with plenty of daylight, high ceilings up to 11’, and plenty of room for storage. The appliance package includes a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Exterior features step-free entry from all doors, covered and uncovered patios, HardiePlank siding, automatic garage doors with openers, garage space large enough to comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and driveways that allow space for ease of navigation in and out of the attached garage.

 

What are upgrade options available for buyers?

All models come standard with professionally designed classic features. Buyers have the ability to upgrade cabinet style, lighting, tile backsplash, flooring, appliances, fixtures and select finishes.

 

What does “barrier-free living” mean?

Barrier-free living means that entry into all homes at Cowboy Flats are step-free allowing for ease of access for residents and visitors alike. Each of the models is designed for main level living to make sure the home functions for you just the way you need it to.

 

When is the model open?

Cowboy Flats is currently under construction. The Model Home is open based on appointments, feel free to call the team at Mostad Construction at (406) 542-0200, or the Bryan Team with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services at (406) 329-2011, to schedule a showing. What is included in the HOA?

The HOA Amenities include maintenance of yard and planned landscaping, lawn irrigation from HOA owned well, snow removal for front walk, driveway and city walks, exterior window washing twice per year, HOA liability insurance, HOA insures from the inside of the studs and out, 15% of monthly dues are reserved for exterior painting and roofing maintenance, HOA maintained by ADEA Property Management. Monthly dues for the HOA are $240.
