Location and Zoning
Mountain Meadows is a 19-lot single-family residential subdivision on just over 13 acres, located off Blue Mountain Road just north of the Peak Fitness Center. It is in the county. The property is zoned ZD.43 (2 homes per acre)
Utilities and Community Services
The area is served by Montana Power natural gas & electric, Qwest telephone service, BFI solid waste, Missoula County Sheriff Dept. and the Missoula Rural Fire District.
Lot Areas and Common Area
The lots will range in size from .31 acre to .70 acre (gross) each. The Common Area will be maintained in Natural Grasses to fit the beautiful surroundings.
Water and Sewer Service
The homes will be served by a community water system serviced by a central well. The lots will be served by community sewer. A sewer main, with sewer stub-outs to each home will be dry laid under the new subdivision road.
