Universal Design Concepts Allow Boomers to Age In Place

Montana 55 Housing Guide for Seniors

Universal Design Concepts to allow Boomers to age in place are growing in demand and we are excited to be featured in the 2018 Montana 55 Housing Guide to Senior Living in Montana that just hit the streets. For over 40 years Gene and Mostad Construction, Inc. have been keeping an eye on the Baby Boomer population and tracking how their needs for housing have evolved. From his work on the Brookside condominiums in the 1980’s to The Orchard wrapped up in 2017, universal design concepts have been integrated into homes to allow for Boomers to age in place. Valley View Terrace at Pleasantview is the culmination of years of experience and a growing demand to meet the needs of homebuyers in the Missoula Community.

Valley View Terrace homes are designed with wider hallways and doorways for ease of passage, barrier-free living without steps into or out of the homes, curbless showers as an available upgrade option, and more.
